Who can schedule a DHL courier pickup?
The pickup request can only be scheduled by the Embassy or the General Consulate of Lebanon when the Application is ready for collection or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Lebanon upon completion of the process.
What is a Pickup window?
How will i know that the Pickup Request has reached DHL Express?
You will receive an instant message saying that your pickup request has reached DHL or if an error has occured. The error message is Self-explanatory.

I have scheduled a pickup and have received a booking number, what shall I do next?
The booking number is confirmation that DHL has received your request and a courier will arrive during the time you provided.
In case you want to contact DHL Express for any queries, the customer service agent will ask you for the booking reference number.
What should I do if the courier does not arrive at the requested time?
This doesn't happen often, but if a courier does not arrive during the Pickup Window you can either:
- Contact DHL Express in your country and check if there is any delay that caused the courier not to arrive on time.
