I have purchased the DHL FastTrack Service and i read that i will be receiving automatic notifications.
- Upon collection of your consignment from the Embassy or General Consulate in the country you are residing
- Upon delivery of your consignment to the Lebanese Foreign Ministry
- Upon collection of you consignment from the Lebanese Foreign Ministry
- Upon delivery of your consignment to the Embassy or General Consulate
How else can i keep track of my waybills?
When I track my waybills, i see a message Sorry, your tracking attempt was not successful. Please check your tracking number or select one of the options below.?
When I track my international DHL Express shipments, why do I sometimes get information for a shipment that is not going to the intended destination?

In fact, you can request DHL Express Lebanon to change your mobile number or your email address. You need to send an email to email@example.com with your "Order Number" and/or "Reconciliation ID" and your Full Mobile Number (Including Country Code) and New E-Mail Address.
